Robyn Clissold's Bio:

Robyn clissold primarily worked within the legal industry since the mid eighties, both in Victoria and South Australia. My experience, knowledge and expertise in the industry has driven me time and again to return to the professional services industry. Since the mid 1990's I've worked in marketing and business development roles but have also had two significant stints as Practice Manager with SA commercial & corporate law firms. This diversity provides me with the business acumen to follow through on a firm's development with a keen bent for 'left of field' strategies whilst retaining responsible financial management. I also keep my 'toe in the water' on a variety of practice management functions including IT&C, generalist HR, Work Health & Safety, and financial management, particularly through my involvement with ALPMA (both at a National Board level and SA State Executive level). Specialties: I'm a strong believer in the holistic approach to the provision of professional services. It's imperative that culture/people/environment be our foundation and with that comes the solid base for business growth, future proofing and sought after financial returns. I believe in a strong 'Vision, Values & Strategies' line so am keen that companies strive for continuous improvement within a culture that embraces change and innovation. I'm drawn time and again to the law firm that focuses on the individual or small enterprises. I'm a strong believer in representation for workers and individuals (WorkCover, Employment Law, Family Law, general Personal Injury Litigation and Wills and Estate Planning) and representation for the "small end of town" (Commercial Law for SME's).
